We respect your data and only collect what we need to run demos, respond to inquiries, and support your systems.
1. Information we collect
When you contact us, request a demo, or use our systems, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and high-level project details. For live systems, we may also process operational data such as transactions or bookings, depending on the project scope.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and support systems, and improve our products. We do not sell your data. We only share it with trusted service providers (for example hosting, email, or analytics) where it is necessary to deliver the service.
3. Data security
We use modern security practices such as HTTPS, access controls, and audit logs in our systems. Access to client environments is limited to authorized team members on a need-to-know basis.
4. Data retention
Inquiry and contact data is kept as long as it is relevant for sales and support. System data retention is agreed in your contract or statement of work. You can request deletion of your contact data at any time.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing alvinchipmunk196@gmail.com. For production systems, additional data processing terms may apply in your service agreement.
