Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our demos or engaging us for a project.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to our public website, product demos, and any projects we deliver as KILI TECH SOLUTION ("we", "us"). Custom statements of work or contracts will override these terms where there is a conflict.
2. Use of demos
Demos are for evaluation only. You must not store real patient, financial, or confidential data in demo environments. We may reset or remove demo data at any time without notice.
3. Projects & deliverables
Project scope, timelines, and pricing are defined in a proposal or statement of work which you approve. We will deliver the agreed modules, branding, and deployment, and provide support as described in that agreement.
4. Payment
Payment schedules (for example deposit, milestones, or annual licence fees) are defined in your proposal. Late payments may pause work or suspend access to systems until balances are cleared.
5. Liability
We provide our systems using reasonable skill and care, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or that all defects will be removed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or business interruption.
